The PSILO QTest is performed in four simple steps:

Preparation: Crush dried mushroom material and mix well. Then weigh out 150 mg of starting material.

Extraction: Add weighed starting material to the supplied extraction liquid.

Detection: Take up extraction liquid and add it to the detection solution.

Evaluation: Allow color complex to develop and evaluate with evaluation scale.
